Corton Clos Du Roi Grand Cru

This emblematic Côte de Beaune grand cru is a brilliant ruby color. The nose opens with intense blueberry notes. Dense on the palate, combining power and great elegance.
A perfect companion to roasted red meats or red meats in sauce, it will gain in complexity after 10 to 15 years of cellaring.

Winemaking

The grapes are destemmed and then vinified in vats after a short cold maceration. Fermentation is natural, followed by 18 months of aging in barrels (35% new). The wine is neither fined nor filtered in order to preserve all its richness and depth.
