Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru

A brilliant gold color with green highlights, this white Grand Cru delivers a complex nose blending lime blossom and honey. On the palate, minerality asserts itself, accompanied by good length and a refined texture.
Ideal with noble fish, shellfish or white meats. Potential cellaring of 10 to 20 years will allow it to develop all its nobility.

Winemaking

After a gentle pressing, the must is transferred directly into barrels (30% new). Fermentation takes place slowly, on fine lees, with moderate stirring. Aging lasts approximately 18 months to develop complexity, tension and length, without fining or filtration.
